His debut with Diedrik Wissels in the early 90’s was acclaimed as the birth a new vocalist style in Europe.
He recorded over fifteen albums as a leader or co-leader (with Paolo Fresu, Diedrik Wissels, Brussels Jazz Orchestra)
and is a regular guest in the world of jazz and other projects.
His last album untitled «Skin in the Game » was awarded in France : Best Vocalist of the Year 2020 (Victoires du Jazz) and Best Jazz Vocal album (Académie du Jazz 2019)
